- Study the tender documents (contracts, specifications, drawings, BOQ and methods of measurements)
- Analyze historical cost data and market trends to ensure realistic and achievable budget targets
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather accurate information for budget
- preparation and to ensure that cost control measures are effectively implemented
- Control and monitor material, equipment and manpower costs using coding system
- Prepare material wastage reports, manpower productivity reports and subcontractors report
- Prepare accurate and timely cost reports, including cost forecasts, variance analyses, and Earned Value
- Report (BAC,EAC,AC,PV,CPI and SPI)
