- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in international markets.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential target markets and evaluate their potential for company products or services.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, distributors, and partners in foreign markets. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company's products or services and generate leads.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals focused on international markets. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure the team's success.
- Prepare regular sales reports and analysis for management, highlighting sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Job RequirementsMSc/MBA is a highly preferred degree.Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial companies.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies that drive business growth.
