- Candidate Sourcing:
- Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks (LinkedIn, etc.).
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and a seamless process.
- Manage and maintain the interview calendar, coordinating logistics and any necessary follow-up.
- Candidate Engagement:
- Communicate with candidates to provide updates on their application status, answer questions, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Job Posting Management:
- Help post job openings across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency of job descriptions.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information, interview results, and hiring decisions.
- Assist with reporting on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate pipeline status.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and the Human Resources team to support the full cycle recruitment process.
- Participate in recruitment meetings to stay updated on hiring needs and strategies.
- Employer Branding:
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by promoting company culture and values through various channels (e.g., social media, and career pages).
- Special Projects:
- Assist with various talent acquisition projects and initiatives as needed, such as diversity hiring programs, intern recruiting, or candidate experience surveys
Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and HR.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills (verbal and written).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or recruitment platforms is a plus.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
