Performance Marketing Lead

A leading Cosmetics E-commerce Platform is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Performance Media Buyer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing, managing, and optimizing our online advertising campaigns to maximize ROI. You will leverage your expertise in digital advertising to drive user acquisition, increase brand awareness, and enhance overall campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven media buying strategies across various digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and programmatic advertising
  • Conduct thorough market research and audience segmentation to identify target demographics
  • Analyze performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaigns and ensure budget adherence
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with media vendors and advertising partners
  • Create A/B testing frameworks to experiment with different ad creatives, messaging, and placements
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising
  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to produce effective marketing materials and reports
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to inform future strategies


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in media buying and performance marketing, preferably in a digital environment
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major advertising platforms
  • Proven ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights to drive campaign optimization
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and experience managing marketing budgets
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and ad tech solutions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and project management capabilities
