Senior Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, identifying, and engaging top-tier technical talent to meet the demands of our rapidly growing organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their technical hiring needs and develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract the best candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology industry, excellent communication and networking skills, and a proven track record of successfully filling technical positions.


  • Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., online sourcing, networking, referrals, social media) to identify and attract top technical talent
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical hiring needs, and develop effective recruitment strategies for each position
  • Manage interview process with candidates and hiring managers, candidates assessments and offering process
  • Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice in the technology industry


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role, preferably in the technology industry (2-3 yrs of experience)
  • In-depth knowledge of technical skills and qualifications required for various technology roles (e.g., software development, data science ,etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
