The Onboarding Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new restaurant partners brought in by the sales team. This position involves close coordination with multiple departments to collect necessary documents, ensure quality control, and configure menu/catalog details. The goal is to ensure that each partner is fully onboarded, activated, and live on our app in a timely manner.


  • Onboarding Process: Follow up with new restaurant partners on collecting all required documents and information, including business licenses, contracts, and operational details.
  • Data Entry & Documentation: Submit collected documents into the system for quality control (QC) approval. Ensure that all required documentation is correct and up to date.
  • Menu & Catalog Configuration: Collaborate with restaurant partners to gather and input menu and catalog details, ensuring accurate and timely configuration on the app.
  • Coordination with Activation Team: Ensure the activation team receives all necessary information to activate the new restaurant partner’s account on the delivery platform.
  • Monitoring & Follow-Up: Continuously monitor the progress of each partner’s onboarding process. Follow up with internal teams and partners to avoid any delays.
  • System & Excel Proficiency: Use internal systems and Excel to manage data, track onboarding progress, and maintain accurate records of each restaurant partner's status.
  • Communication: Provide timely updates to the sales and activation teams regarding the onboarding status of new leads.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the onboarding process, working with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth experience for restaurant partners.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 1 year in an operational, administrative, or customer-facing role. Experience in a similar onboarding role is a plus.
  • System Proficiency: Strong computer skills, especially in Excel (data entry, filtering, basic formulas, etc.), and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external restaurant partners.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to handle multiple onboarding processes at once, ensuring each is completed accurately and on time.
  • Follow-Up Skills: Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage ongoing communication with multiple stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively with sales, quality control, activation, and other internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive in addressing any issues or roadblocks in the onboarding process.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the food delivery or e-commerce industry.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
