Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist and Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position involves providing comprehensive HR support while also managing high-level administrative tasks for the CEO. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts as needed.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote employee development.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Prepare reports and metrics related to HR activities.
Executive Support:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments while prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence for the CEO.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Maintain organized files and records related to the CEO’s activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR and/or as an executive assistant.
- Knowledge of HR software and systems.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
