To Perform all the Precast Production activities, following the production plan and ensuring the performance of the workforce with the required efficiency in accordance with the required safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform all the Precast/ Post tension Production activities and ensure that they are in accordance with the required safety & quality standards
• Carry out trial mixes, maintain and update design mixes; and amend concrete batches due to fluctuation of moisture content mostly of raw materials
• Coordinate between Planning team, Quality Control team, Sub-contractor, technical team, Material Procurement to ensure smooth production
• Assist in auditing the material usage & wastage
• Make disposition of non-conforming materials and execute the necessary recasting and repair works.
• Make the needed requisition for production material requirements and to ensure that materials are always adequate for the production process.
• Schedule and coordinate all the production activities with other departments and divisions.
• Ensure that plant machinery and equipment are properly operated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering or relevant technical degree
• Minimum 3 years experience with Precast.
