- Troubleshoot and rectify application issues.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify the reasons for the underlying issue.
- Monitor all alerts related to applications and provide proactive services.
- Debug any server issues that impact application performance.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for all issues and the implemented solutions.
- Recommend ways to optimize business performance by presenting solutions to existing challenges.
- Degree in Computer Science, or related field.- (2-4) previous working experience in Application Support.- Experienced in developing Microsoft Power Apps, Flow, Power BI, and SQL. Experience in .NET framework particularly using C#.NET.- Experienced in Programming, Application Development, Application Support, API, and Power Apps andDatabase Management.- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a must.
