We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates across various departments, with a focus on English and German instructors and administrative roles. This role requires a strong understanding of the educational industry and the ability to attract top talent that aligns with our organizational values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with department heads to identify recruitment needs and job specifications.
• Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
• Conduct reference checks and verify credentials.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Assist with onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Stay updated on employment trends, labor laws, and best practices in recruiting..
Requirements:• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the education or service industry.• Knowledge of various recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.• Strong interviewing and evaluation skills.• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
