  • Lead and motivate a team of tele sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to maximize team performance.
  • Coach and train tele sales representatives on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
  • Interview, and select qualified candidates for the tele sales team.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to improve individual and team performance.
  • Monitor call quality and ensure adherence to company scripts and procedures.
  • Analyze sales data and identify trends to develop strategies for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.
  • Escalate and resolve customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Align with internal departments in term of all sales orders.
  • Identify and resolve escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.Proven experience in telesales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong leadership and decision-making skills.Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
