- Lead and motivate a team of tele sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to maximize team performance.
- Coach and train tele sales representatives on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
- Interview, and select qualified candidates for the tele sales team.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Monitor call quality and ensure adherence to company scripts and procedures.
- Analyze sales data and identify trends to develop strategies for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.
- Escalate and resolve customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Align with internal departments in term of all sales orders.
- Identify and resolve escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.Proven experience in telesales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong leadership and decision-making skills.Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
