- Monitor employees' database system by recording and updating hiring, resignations, transfers…etc in order to ensure accurate database.
- Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for new comers to ensure adherence to personnel filing system.
- Administer placement procedures by issuing employment contracts for newly hired according to Labor Law and existing salary scale to guarantee both employee and company rights.
- Follow up probation periods to proceed with termination if required.
- Keep good relations and communication channels with concerned governmental authorities, this includes Labor Office and Insurance Authority in order to avoid any penalties that can be imposed on the company.
- Administer termination procedures by exiting terminated employees out of the system and accomplish required documents and make financial Settlement and papers to ensure updated and accurate employee database.
- Assist in keeping employees / plants informed of all changes in personnel policies and problems and proposing solution to any complain if received.
- Administer leave balance by receiving EGMED & FMC EG employees leave requests, updating leave balance in the system.
- Responsible for Plants (EGMED & FMC EG) Attendance policy, ) attendance reports and deduction tardiness )
- Follow up on all labor transport vehicles and review their Invoices monthly.
- Receiving a cash custody at the beginning of year to follow up on the purchase and cash payments to factories and settle the cash custody at the end of year.
- Follow-up the internal & external maintenance & select the vendor’s.
- Processing and following up all payment orders and Expenses with the accounts department for suppliers until the completion of the payment process.
- Create all PR’S for factories and their departments.
- Create all PO for payment orders on system to EGMED factory.
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related filed.Certificate in Human Resources Management is a plus. Excellent command in English Language.From 2-4years experience in Human Resource Field specialized in Personnel.Excellent command in Microsoft applications.Fully acquainted with the Labor Law.Possess the ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with other employees and governmental agencies.Knowledge of the methods and practices of personnel administration.
