High school diploma or GED.Proven working experience as a Pattern Maker or a similar role in the Design unit.Ability to use pattern making equipment and machinery.Understanding of modern and traditional artworks.Demonstrate working practice in minimizing wastage.Ability to meet deadlines.A keen eye for detail for accuracy.Ability to take feedback in a professional manner.Outstanding time management skills.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.Illustrate the ability to read and understand the blueprints.Proficient in computer software such as CAD, Adobe Illustrator, etc.Ability to work for long hours.
