Direct Sales Team Leader

Job description
- Generate Sales Pipeline with Accurate Sales Forecasting
- Collaborate with Sales Executive Manager to establish and execute Sales Goals.
- Implementing Sales Goals and communicate them to the Sales Key Individuals.
- Managing Sales team to maximize Sales revenue and meet / exceed sales Goals and Targets
- Educate and Coach Sales Team with presenting strategies and Regular Meetings.
- Ensuring our Brand is accurately represented in all Sales Communication Channels
- Maintain accurate records of all Sales and Prospecting activities including:
Closed Sales , Follow up activities, Account Management Reports.
Conditioned Basic Salary + An attractive Commission
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline , Management Science and Business Administration are Preferable
- Able to Analyze Data and Sales Statistics.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
- 2 to 3 Years of Sales Experience
- Customer oriented and able to build Rapport with them
- Flexibility and adaptability on Job Circumstances
- Good commands of spoken & written English and Arabic
