Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Commercial Market Analysis:
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new Commercial & Pricing initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth market research to assess the feasibility of new products or services & to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
- Analyze market data to understand customer behavior, pricing patterns, and demand dynamics.
- Prepare market reports and presentations to inform strategic decision-making
Pricing Strategy & Implementation:
- Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
- Conduct pricing analysis to determine optimal pricing levels for products and services.
- Monitor competitor pricing and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Evaluate the impact of pricing changes on sales volume and profitability.
- Integrate cost components into pricing models to ensure precise pricing calculations.
Financial & Commercial Analysis:
- Analyze profitability by product, customer segment, or sales channels.
- Prepare financial reports and analyses related to commercial activities.
- Analyze commercial data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare clear and concise commercial reports for management.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the commercial and pricing functions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any related field.2-3+ years of experience in a similar commercial and/or pricing role.Extensive experience in analyzing pricing strategies and forecasting revenue and market share.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.Strong problem-solving, decision-making skills, and data-driven approachProven ability to manage change and implement process improvementsExcellent communication skills to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.Experience in building dashboards for commercial use using BI tools is an asset (e.g., Analytics Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
