We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Device Salesperson to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our medical disposables devices and other products for the critical care, anesthesia and renal dialysis . Your ability to build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and drive revenue growth will be essential.
Responsibilities:
• Sales and Business Development:
- Analyses the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status.
- Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule sales effort.
- Execute the visiting plan to determined targeting, coverage and frequency targets.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
-Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer.
• Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your network.
• Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.
- Understand customer pain points and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Gather feedback from clients and relay it to the product development team.
• Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).- +2 years’ experience of medical disposables devices promotion with government hospitals is a definite plus- Proven track record in medical disposables devices sales or a related field.- Strong communication and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
