This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Department Coordinator at Shortcut Agency in Giza. The Coordinator will oversee day-to-day operations, provide administrative assistance, and ensure efficient operations management within the shipping services department.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree is a must
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in same field of shipping
  • Fluent in English language
  • Residence area near Mohandessein
  • Age from 24 to 27 years old
  • Analytical Skills and Operations Management
  • Communication
  • Administrative Assistance
  • Proven track record in managing shipping operations
  • Experience in logistics or freight forwarding
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Knowledge of shipping regulations and documentation
