Summary Profile:

  • Responsible for the bookkeeping, finance, tax of assigned entity. 
  • Responsible for the bookkeeping of assigned entity and for their cash position and settlement management. 
  • Conduct bookkeeping and journal entry for assigned entity independently. 
  • Make adequate arrangement of payment and trade transactions.
  • Properly acquire the internal accounting related rules and other regulations to be in compliance.
     

Key Responsibilities: 

  • To manage the major bookkeeping and tax filing of assigned entities independently, including checking documents for representative offices and affiliated companies, and making necessary correction. 
  • To conduct BS and PL account balance check for assigned entities and support the analysis of BS and PL for financial closing, including group consolidation and budget planning reporting with managers. 
  • To arrange payments to internal payee and external payee 
  • To support managing proper business processes on relevant assignments and propose necessary correction.
  • To support conducting proper risk management analysis.
  • To support external auditing by providing necessary documents and appropriate explanation together with managers. 
  • To support conducting tax filing and other relevant compliance report.
  • To conduct internal peer review for other offices in Middle East and Africa Bloc based on company regulation and make a proper reporting on their findings. 
  • To support research and business support activity initiated by GM and DGM.
  • To manage accounting files and other documents.
     

Skills / Knowledge:Knowledge of accounting, tax, and finance. Accounting system (SAP, SAGE etc.), online banking, and DX skills is preferable. Numerical, analytical, and basic communication skills.IT skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.Experience:More than 5 years relevant experience in accounting/tax/finance area. Education:Undergraduate degree or equivalent of accounting or finance. Qualification of Accounting/finance is preferable.
