Safaria is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the digital marketing strategies and campaigns for the company. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing initiatives, managing the online presence of Safaria, and driving customer acquisition and engagement through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with Safaria’s business goals and target audience.
2. Manage and oversee all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
3. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and visuals for digital platforms that resonate with the target audience.
5. Coordinate with external agencies and partners for digital advertising, influencer collaborations, and other promotional activities.
6. Maintain and optimize Safaria’s online presence, including the website, mobile app, and social media platforms.
7. Track and report key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement, to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to ensure Safaria remains ahead of the curve.
9. Work closely with the Customer Support team to address customer feedback and concerns received through digital channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in digital marketing. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools.Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and engagement. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Outstanding communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Previous experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus but not required.
