We are seeking a skilled Mobile App Developer proficient in Flutter and Native Android development to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in mobile app development and a strong understanding of ERP systems, with a preference for those who have worked on school management systems. You will play a key role in creating and maintaining mobile applications that deliver seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Android SDK.
- Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure high-performance and visually appealing apps.
- Optimize app performance, focusing on scalability and speed.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Debug and resolve issues to enhance app performance and reliability.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Collaborate with backend developers and product managers to ensure cohesive app development.
- Conduct testing (unit and integration) to ensure apps meet quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends and technologies.
- Bonus: Experience working with ERP systems, especially in school management systems.
Requirements:+3 years of mobile app development experience with a focus on Flutter and Native Android.Strong proficiency in Dart, Java/Kotlin, and the Android SDK.Understanding of mobile architecture and UI frameworks.Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably school management systems) is a strong advantage.Strong knowledge of mobile app development best practices, including performance optimization.Experience with version control systems like Git.Familiarity with Google Play Store app deployment processes.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with iOS development or React Native is a plus.Knowledge of mobile CI/CD pipelines.Experience with cloud services such as Firebase.Prior experience with ERP-based apps, especially within educational systems.
