Job Description

  • Al Fawzy Dental is hiring Dental Operations Manager in our both Agouza and New Cairo branches.

  • Working hours: 7 hours/day, flexible shifts (morning, mid-day & evening shifts).
  • Morning shift: 9 am to 4 pm
  • Mi-day shift: 12 pm to 7 pm
  • Night shift: 4 pm to 11 pm
  • Days off : Friday plus (extra day is negotiable).
  • Age : 27 - 37
  • Gender: Both Genders

Dental Operation Manager play a significant role in enhancing patient satisfaction, ensuring clear communication of treatment plans, managing financial aspects related to treatments, and supporting the overall operational efficiency of the dental practice. Their work is essential in fostering strong patient relationships and promoting successfully running dental practice.

Job role:

  1. Patient Interaction: Greeting patients as they arrive at the dental office with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  2. Patient Intake: Welcoming new patients, collecting necessary information, and assisting with the completion of initial paperwork. Providing patients with necessary forms and ensuring they understand the office policies.
  3. Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other members of the dental team, including dental assistants, hygienists, and the office manager, to ensure smooth workflow. Communicating effectively with dental professionals regarding patient needs and schedules.
  4. Patient Follow-Up: Following up with patients regarding appointment reminders and post-treatment care instructions. Seeking patient feedback and addressing any concerns or issues.
  5. Problem-Solving: Addressing patient concerns or conflicts and finding appropriate resolutions. Collaborating with the dental team to troubleshoot any challenges that may arise.

 Job requirements for this position: Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in additional languages considered an asset.Education and Training: Bachelor degree is typically required.Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with patients, dental professionals, and other staff members.Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to create a positive experience for patients. Ability to handle patient inquiries and address concerns in a professional and friendly manner.Organizational Skills: Effective organizational skills to manage appointments, schedules, and patient records. Maintaining an orderly and efficient front office.Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with dental practice management software and basic computer skills. Supervising Appointment Scheduling: Managing the dental office's appointment calendar efficiently.Multitasking: Handling multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing administrative responsibilities.Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other members of the dental team, including dental assistants, hygienists, and the office manager, to ensure smooth workflow.Attention to Detail: Paying attention to detail in maintaining accurate patient records and processing administrative tasks.Professional Appearance: Maintaining a professional appearance when interacting with patients and colleagues.
