Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Engineer role at TiEngineer. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, communicating with clients, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work conducted at our location in Borg El Arab and flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Sales Engineering and Sales skills
• Technical Support and Communication skills
• Customer Service skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Experience in the pump industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in sales for 2-4 years in same field or Engineering products (Priority for who have exp. in field of contracting).
• Education: Mechanical or Electromechanical engineering
• Work indoor and outdoor.
• From Alexandria citizens or have the ability to move.
