Operation Area: IPC lab / Production areas / Sampling Room / Retained Store / Warehouse

1. Reporting any deviation in all production areas and warehouse to IPC Section Head.
2. Review production batch record for completion and assure that it is done according GDP rules before transferring it to QA. 
3. Conducting a daily tour in all production areas to assure its compliance with cGMP regulations and reporting any deviation to IPC supervisor.
4. Checks the internal calibration and external calibration for ipc instruments.
5. Responsible for training new ipc employees in the dispensing and production areas.
6. Follow up the recording of ipc team in all GMP records and assure its compliance with GDP rules.
7. Assure the compliance with cGMP roles in production areas and checking the personal hygiene for all personnel.
8. Checking all production activities during dispensing, manufacturing and packaging processes according to the batch record and related sops.
9. Checking the correct implementation of cleaning procedures and if needed withdrawing rinse/swab samples from all production machines / equipment / tools according to the cleaning validation protocol or any related sop/protocol.
10. Checks and assures the implementation of safety measures in all production areas and the warehouse.
11. Checking the receiving step of all raw/packaging materials in the warehouse and inspecting all containers for cleanness, correct identification, sealing conditions /damaged containers and the consignment quantity.
12. Checks the sampling process of raw/packaging materials and its related documents according the sampling SOP.
13. Inspecting monthly the physical appearance of finished product retained samples and checking the destruction process for all retained samples of the raw, packaging materials and finished products which reached its destruction date.
