- Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification
- Assess processes, take measurements, and interpret data
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Monitor and analysis process performance metrics, such as cycle time, yield, and scrap rate and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes
- Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and the quality of output
- Perform process simulations
- Manage cost and time constraints
- Perform risk assessments
- Provide process documentation and operating instructions
QualificationBachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical Production and design or industrial).Lean Six Sigma Certified.Experience:1+ years of experience as a process engineer in a manufacturing environmentwith process improvement tools and methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and layout optimizing.Proficient in process analysis, process modeling, process capability, statistical analysis, and Capacity calculation.Knowledge:Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques, lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical analysis.Solid understanding of quality management systems, such as ISO standards 9001.Risk assessment and compliance with regulatory standards.Solidworks skills
