- Participate in the management of design / procurement scope with engineering team for Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm systems.
- Review project Contract agreement details and assure fulfilling its requirements
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Arrange with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
- Support in purchasing all the required Materials (Mechanical and Electrical), Equipment, Tools that requested by site.
- Control and manage project schedule, milestone progress.
- Attend meeting with different project stakeholders.
- Provide regular progress reports (activities progress update, cash flow, variations, claims etc.) to management.
- Ensure that projects are completed within set timeframes.
- Control cost and positive cash flow for the project.
- Understand MEP and Electromechanical design and installation drawings.
- Communicate with client and different project stakeholders to assure satisfaction.
- Follow-up client’s payments in time.
- Assure final project closeout and handing over.
- Review the submittals for the materials and approve it before supplying to site by contractor.
