Your Role:

As a Student Support Assistant at Edutech Labs, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting students through social media and email, helping them achieve their English learning goals and succeed in exams like IELTS and TOEFL.
  • Guiding potential students through the course registration process.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that students receive the best possible learning experience.
  • Supporting the execution of creative initiatives to keep students engaged and motivated throughout their learning journey.
  • After training, one of three actions will happen:
    • Move to the UAE and join the main team.
    • Continue working remotely as a Student Support Consultant.
    • Receive a certificate of experience upon completing your training.
