We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic retail and e-commerce team in the front-line to handle customers' inquiries on chats. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be pivotal in managing operational tasks and ensuring excellent customer support.


Fluency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate in both written and spoken forms. (Familiarity with the dialects of GCC is a bonus)Graduates only. (F/M)A stable internet connection and an available working laptop with at least 8 GB RAM are a MUST.Familiarity with the nature of Remote work and its responsibilities.Good knowledge of technology and use of MS Office, Microsoft Teams & productivity apps.Customer Service background is a MUST. Experience in SaaS customer support, web chat support or sales is a bonus.Flexibility to work rotational 9-hour (including 1-hour break) shifts.Notice not more than 2 weeks. Candidates not engaged with secondary work or ongoing commitments are preferred.
