Purpose of the job
Managing Wincash and Retail functions as DevOps Model, managing both operational tasks / duties, and new commercial requests, in addition to technical upgrades.
Duties and responsibilities
Functional Management
- Responsible for managing Sales solutions team
- Projects and tasks distribution among team members according to team work load
- Securing platforms operationally and ensure achieving quality KPIs
- Managing and planning needed upgrades and expansions for the nodes
- Studying new feasibilities and ensuring right architecture
- Securing and planning the needed budget for Capex and Opex
- Management reporting with status, risks, and incidents
People Management
- Monitoring team performance, needed development and trainings, and team appraisals.
Job specifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering from a recognized university (Communications/ computer)
Experience
- Minimum 6 years experience; 3 of which in a supervisory role in a relevant experience
- Previous experience in the Telecommunication industry is an asset.
Skills and abilities
- Very good English both spoken and written.
- Very good computer skills.
- Expert in different Database languages (Oracle, SQL)
- Expert in system administration for both windows and Linux systems specially RHEL systems.
