Responsibilities:
-Implementing marketing strategies.
-Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
-Research new markets.
-Create new business plans & Develop existing business plans.
-Develop and maintain client relationships.
-Identify and research potential clients.
-Perform competitor analysis.
-Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
-Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
-Meet and exceed sales targets.
-Build report and establish long term relationships with customers.

Skills
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Arch Engineering , Applied Art or Fine Art is a must
-Relevant experience in Business Development.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong negotiation skills.
-Good English Level.
