About the Role:
The Export Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the export operations of agricultural products. You will develop strategic plans to enhance our market presence in various international markets, establish relationships with clients and distributors, and ensure compliance with export regulations. Excellent communication skills, knowledge of the agricultural sector, and strong negotiation abilities are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute export strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Identify potential international markets for agricultural products and explore new business opportunities
- Manage relationships with key clients and distributors to promote product lines
- Oversee all export documentation, logistics, and compliance with international trade regulations
- Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs in different regions

- Monitor export performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management

Requirements
