  • Prepare monthly payslips and bonus reports.
  • Keep track of arrival, departure and vacation balance for all employees.
  • Execute purchases, payments and record expenses as needed.
  • Estimate and track tax bills.
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
  • Update the company’s tax database.
  • Track and record financial transactions (including withdrawing and depositing money as needed).
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
  • Assist the independent auditor in conducting an annual evaluation of company records.


Skills

  • BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
  • 0 years of experience in accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and good email communication are must required.
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
  • Strong numeracy skills.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a changing environment.
