Role Overview
The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing export strategies to maximize the global sales of the company's products. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with international buyers, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong international sales experience, a deep understanding of the textiles export business, and a proven track record in building and managing overseas distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive export sales strategy for to increase the company’s international market share.
Identify new export opportunities in target markets and build relationships with importers, distributors, and wholesalers.
Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to secure profitable partnerships with international clients.
Manage and expand the company’s existing export portfolio while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
Conduct in-depth market research to understand the competitive landscape, pricing trends, and customer needs in each market.
Prepare export documentation and ensure that all shipments meet quality and delivery requirements.
Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and build brand recognition.
Qualifications & Requirements
Five+ years of experience in export sales, preferably within the garment or textiles industry.
Strong knowledge of international sales channels, regulations, and market dynamics.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
