- We are looking for a full-time friendly Restaurant Call Center Agent who is fluent in English that can work remotely online from their own home. Someone who has the ability to learn quickly, communicate with customers, coordinate with team members and is efficient at multitasking. Bilingual with a stable fast internet connection, a working laptop and quiet environment is a must.
- The work will be mainly to receive orders for restaurants and place it on the POS system that will also be connected to the CRM (Customer Relationship Management System)
- We are a busy growing team with a can-do attitude who place emphasis on teamwork and positive customer experience.
- You will need to have your own computer with an excellent internet connection speed.
- If selected, we will provide the necessary training and onboarding.
- Handle large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
