  • Respond to messages on multiple social media platforms for a medical center.
  • Review and respond to comments.
  • Schedule and post content (videos, written posts, graphics).
  • Handle appointment booking.
  • Ability to learn and understand some medical terminology.

Proven working experience in social media marketing and moderation.Demonstrable experience with social media platformsPositive attitude, detail and customer oriented.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.Fluency in English is a plus.BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations (not strict)
