- Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support the organization's objectives
- Oversee data collection, cleansing, and analysis processes to ensure high data quality
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of data analysts, promoting professional development and collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with various departments to understand data needs and provide insightful analyses
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively
- Utilize analytical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and performance metrics
- Conduct A/B testing and other evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging analytics tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on data management and strategy development
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team of analysts
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar technologies
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
