(1-2) years of experience in HR.Aware of hiring channels and how to use them to attract best fit candidates.Strong knowledge of insurance and labor law and processes.People oriented and results driven.Knowledge of HR systems and databases.Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.Degree in Human Resources or related field.HR Certificate or diploma is preferd.
