JOB PURPOSE: Receives all claims and requests from the customers. Registers them in different business tools and tracking sheets, classifies them according to the classification matrix and assigns them to the relevant specialist (in Customer Service or CI2C teams) to analyse, investigate and resolve within fixed service level target and targeting the highest first call resolution rate. Coordinates with other functions to solve issues when necessary, communicating with Customer Facing when returning with the proper answer to Customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

Issue the customer sales invoices for local and export markets as per the selling confirmed prices recorded on the system after assuring the physical goods dispatch from sanofi locationsAssure full compliance of the application of customer selling term as per contracts already in place between Sanofi and its customersReflect all additional needed data as per the customer or authorities requirements to the selling and delivery documents including and not limited to products details, proof of release and additional supporting documentsFollow up on customers returns and assure the financial recording for the values along with issuing the credit notes related to the goodsReview and approve on weekly basis the transportation claims received from the customers after confirming the number of trips per destination and inline with the agreed rate cardsConfirm balances with customers on a monthly basis for all transportation activities values along with Credit notes as per the month actualsReport daily the sales tracking to Trade and revenue and Supply chain showing any delay in trend that might affect the achievement of month targetsSet the sales commercial plans monthly as defined and approved by trade team for each product, receive the claims from the customers showing the requested free of charge quantityReview the actual performance of the customer as per the defined criteria set by the company and review the customer adherence to the set commercialWork closely with customers on their claims value and resolve any issue related to their claims in term of volume or value inline with the commercial policy and internal controlsConfirm sanofi acceptance or rejection of claims and lead the execution till settlementCreate sales orders for free of goods delivery and assure its execution and deliveryKeep a complete recording for each commercial settlement for internal controls and audits purpose as per the company and statuary guidelinesResponsible for the monthly sales recognition in line with Sanofi global guidelines, the local accounting practices and customer term of salesResponsible for the sales in reporting on daily, weekly & monthly basisIssuing all Sanofi SI invoices for hospital & Retail customers

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor degree preferable (Supply chain-Finance ) major

Skills, Experience & Knowledge Requirements

+3 years relative experience (Finance-Supply chain- Trade) - preferable in Pharma industrySAP user is a must.Data Analysis and developmentStrong rigor and ability to multi-task and to organize, manage and prioritize deadlinesAble to work in a fast-paced and demanding environmentCollaborative and highly proactive attitudeStrong analytical skills and problem solving.Ability to interact and communicate appropriately with numerous stakeholdersGood English Language
