Job Description:
- Preparing Furniture production shop drawings , cutting sheets & List
- Preparing Furniture Layouts , presentations , 3d renderings according to client's need
- Preparing and reviewing working shop drawings for projects & its facilities whenever needed.
- Prepare concept, schematic, and detailed architecture and interior design drawings renderings
- Prepare the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
- Study and reply for requests information for all missing, unclear conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise and coordinate with all departments & other trades consultant.
- Customer modifications & Receive adjustment items
- Receiving units before delivery of the client
- Quantity surveying.
- Costing & cost analysis.
- Cutting lists, bill of material
Well-organized and detail oriented.Experience: minimum 3 years ( Must be in office furniture )Excellent on AutoCAD , 3D max , MS Office , Solid works or Autodesk Fusion English fluency is preferredEngineering · Applied Arts · FurnitureExcellent on Design ·Interior Design · Creative ·Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
