- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and skills in the position.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates for technical interviews.
- Conduct in-depth in-person HR interviews for various roles to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Identify, and headhunt the best potential candidates for the needed positions across all departments and branches for junior, senior and middle management levels.
- Verify references and employment history of potential candidates.
- Follow up with candidates during the hiring process and send Job offers or rejection emails.
- Manage internal communication strategies and HR announcements between employees and company including (Memos, International occasions, birthday alerts, weekly motivational emails, Onboarding, and promotion announcements, etc.)
- Follow up on the onboarding process and review or update related policy and forms if needed.
- Handle the orientation process for new employees or new interns to create an exceptional onboarding experience.
- Create and update all company policies and work regulations on a periodic basis to be aligned with current circumstances and business needs.
- Conduct the employee satisfaction surveys to gather insights from all employees on workplace culture and engagement, analyze results to prepare corrective action plans.
- Review and update the organization Chart and all departmental structures and the Job Mapping for the whole company on a periodic basis, according to the current situations and updates.
- Review and update performance management system policy, set performance metrics and review key performance indicators (KPIs) periodically to track performance appraisal process for all employees across all departments.
- Manage exit interviews for resigned employees, to address any issues and prepare semi-annual and annual reports by the results and create corrective action plans based on results.
- Follow up on the Probation period evaluation process for new employees.
- Assist in designing all related HR Material such as HR forms, policies, certificates, occasional cards, experience letters, medical visits or awareness sessions, and any other official posts or HR announcements.
- Prepare a mid-year and annual presentations and reports by all achievements for the whole HR department
• BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field• Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in same field • Proven experience in different HR functions especially in Talent Management and OD functions.• Hands-on experience with the largest, professional websites like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc. • Knowledge of sourcing and effective techniques to select blue and white collars• Good experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ qualifications• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems• Strong interpersonal skills & Presentation skills. • Very good written and verbal communications skills.• Excellent English language and computer skill.
