Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with Senior Management, line managers and employees at all levels by thoroughly understanding our culture, organisational hierarchy and values;
  • Advise and coach managers on resolving employee performance and disciplinary issues (attendance, behaviour, etc.) in accordance with company policy/ Saudi labour law;
  • Manage the Performance Review process, ensuring all goals are updated in the HR system;
  • Assist line managers in providing constructive feedback and evaluating recommendations for promotions and salary increases based on performance;
  • Foster a team environment that promotes mutual respect, partnership, and open communication aligned with our values;
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs based on individual development plans from performance reviews;
  • Oversee payroll, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement and HR Operations activities;
    Partner with the leadership team to implement the organisation’s human resource and talent strategy, retention, and succession planning;
  • Analyse trends in compensation and benefits, researching and proposing competitive base and incentive pay programs to attract and retain top talent;
  • Create and implement learning and development programs that provide internal growth opportunities for employees;
  • Stay updated on trends, best practices, labour laws, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and talent management;
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction;
  • Act as a point of contact for legal matters related to HR operations;
    Lead and develop the HR team;
  • Build and oversee a governance framework for the end-to-end employee process;
  • Design and implement KPIs to monitor performance metrics, standardise feedback and clarify a growth and improvement plan for the individuals on the team;
  • Analyse HR data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of the people practices and make amends where required.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience as an HR Manager, including at least 3 years in a manufacturing setting.Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and best HR practices within manufacturing.Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, training, and performance management.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
