Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee production processes to ensure efficient and timely production of steel sections, angels.
• Develop and implement production schedules and workflows.
• Monitor production performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage and lead the production team, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operational.
• Coordinate with the quality control department to ensure products meet the required standards and specifications.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure the availability of raw materials.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports for senior management.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and manage the production budget effectively.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in steel manufacturing technology.
   

Bachelor’s degree in, production Engineering, or a related field.Steel Industry is A must Minimum of 10-25 years of experience in steel production with the same position, and a focus on sections, angles.Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of production management principles, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement processes.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Proficiency in using production management software and tools.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the manufacturing industry.Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in a related field.Certifications in production management or lean manufacturing.Experience with ERP systems and production planning software.Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.
