We are recruiting for one of our clients multinational industrial land development company ,located in 6 of October -Egypt.

Position : Administration Assistant

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Prepare and submit documentation to the Social Insurance Authority, Labor Office, and other relevant agencies for licenses, permits, or certificates.

· Prepare and submit files to governmental bodies such as Mogammaa, GAFI, or IDA to obtain construction licenses or secure necessary approvals.

· Establish priorities and manage timelines for regularly required policies and licenses.

· Archive and maintain files, track correspondence, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

· Address and assist in resolving administrative issues efficiently.


.He has a military service certificate.· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.· Proven ability to work effectively with government officials.· Solid experience in navigating procedures across various governmental departments.· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and reporting tools.· Valid driver’s license.· Must be a resident of 6th of October City or nearby areas. Work conditions:From 9 am to 5:30 pm Days off : Saturday and Sunday
