-Oversee the daily operations of the outlet for efficient operations.
-Plan and assign daily workloads to outlet associates.
-Obtain customer feedback and recommend necessary outlet operational changes to meet quality and customer service standards.
-Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe.
-Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
-Address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Develop a cost-effective operational plan to achieve outlet goals.
-Assist in cash handling activities and development expense and revenue reports.
-This is in addition to the functional tasks decided by the company.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant educational background.- 0-3 years of experience.-Excellent knowledge of the company's technical products and services. -Excellent Experience in sales and the technology field.-Excellent negotiation skills.-Excellent English and Arabic language level both spoken and written.-Excellent user of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, and ERP system practical experience is a must.- Problem-solving skills.-Good interpersonal skills.-Excellent customer service, communication, and sales skills.-Attention to details.
