Quality Manager

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of Quality area to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
  2. Collaborate with purchasing manager to ensure that all materials from external suppliers meet quality requirements
  3. Set and enforce standards for health and safety during work operations.
  4. Carry out research to identify ways to reduce waste and maximize resources.
  5. Conduct surveys to identify customer requirements and ensure they are being met by established quality standards
  6. Offer recommendations to management on ways to improve on existing quality processes
  7. Collect, compile, and analyze relevant quality statistical data to obtain information regarding quality performance.
  8. Monitor production and harvest processes to identify deviations from quality policies
  9. Conduct tests to verify the quality of raw materials and finished products.
  10. Approve compliant products and reject defective ones
  11. Develop, propose, implement and update QC procedures, test methods and work instructions to achieve quality target.
  12. Verify and ensure that QC standards and procedures are accurate to ensure precise and accountable performance.
  13. Plan, implement and assured corrective & preventive actions taken to improve customer satisfactions
  14. Mange auditing plan and assess QMS (Quality management system    ) of processing and production to achieve effective system.

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture  or related field.Proven 8+ experience in a managerial role within a the same field.Certifications in quality standards BRC, HACAP ,Global Gap,SMETA awareness.Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.Outstanding time management skills.Attention to Details – Compliance -Analysis Effective communication skills.
