- Monitoring the cost of all (production and assembly) operations and ensuring their compliance with the established standards.
What will you be doing?
- Monitoring the inventory of production materials by linking all stock movements and synchronizing them with the inventory accountant.
- Working on the accounting software and recording all raw material inventory accounts.
- Facilitating random inventory checks by the inventory accountant and ensuring they match the recorded balance on the accounting system.
- Determining the cost of each item by separating the "lock" production line from the "cylinder" production line.
- Ensuring that the standards of items (lock/cylinder) registered on the accounting system are met.
- Complete oversight through matching the actual operational cycle with the established operational cycle.
- Verifying that the actual documentation cycle follows the accounting documentation cycle as specified.
1 to 3 years of Work experience as a Cost AccountantExcellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Hands-on experience with accounting software.High proficiency using MS Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.Experience with general ledger functionsStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsBSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degreeAdditional certification (CPA or IFRS) and Having a Cost Accounting course is a Plus.
