Karnak Real estate developments is #Hiring a Customer experience senior specialist with the below responsibilities & qualifications:
Responsibilities
- Handling clients inquires and complaints regarding any service
- Provide customers with high level of service as per agreed department SLAs and KPI’s.
- Establish and maintain Customers’ database.
- Communicating with the concerned parties regarding each of the client’s inquiries and complaints then feedback the clients accordingly as per the SLA.
- Handle Customer accounts throughout the lifecycle of the project including contractual obligations, ensuring that Customer-related issues are handled.
- Respond to Customer inquiries, providing assistance and follow-up.
- Ensuring that Customers’ issues are handled and resolved in an efficient manner in conformance with Customer services processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiar with CRM applications.
- From 3 to 5 years of Experience
- Proven work experience in Real Estate field (MUST)
