 Analyzing project documents to understand the scope of work.

 Calculating the costs of materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.

 Estimation Engineer will be required to attend job ex meetings, site visits, etc. to assess specific details of the job requirement and carry out project planning as required.

 Preparation and review of estimations and proposals, as required, and supporting estimators to ensure deadlines are met with bids submitted timeously.

 Individual traits include punctuality, professionalism, presentability and articulation with colleagues and clients

 Preparing and submitting detailed budget proposals and cost estimates for project bidding

Skills

 A bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, or a related field) is essential.

 5-7 years of experience in cost engineering, cost estimating within oil and gas industry or a relevant industry.

 Certifications such as Certified Cost Professional (CCP) from AACE International or similar credentials can be highly beneficial.

 Able to read drawings (P&ID's, Isometrics, etc.)

 Ability to travel all over KSA.

 Proficiency in cost management and cost control principle
