Sales Planning Supervisor

The Sales Planning role is to oversee and manage the development, implementation, and monitoring of sales plans and strategies to ensure that the sales team meets its targets and aligns with overall business objectives. This role involves forecasting sales, analyzing market trends, coordinating with different departments (such as marketing, finance, and supply chain), and ensuring that sales processes run smoothly and efficiently. The Sales Planning Supervisor plays a key role in driving revenue growth by providing the necessary structure, analysis, and support to optimize sales performance.


  1. Set annual operating budgets whether trade, general, selling or headcount & cascade it down by region / area to facilitate their mission of achieving targets & follow up on them on regular basis.
  2. Work closely with the Sales Mangers to set sales targets for the IC business monthly.
  3. Analys historical sales data and market trends to create short/long term plans in supporting the decision making
  4. Propose operational KPIs and monitor the actual achievement on a national level.
  5. Develop a base product performance report showing the performance for every product on terms of sales, volume , distributions ,etc..
  6. Generate the sales performance reports to management, analyzing trends and key matrices.
  7. Provide actionable insights based on the performance situation.
  8. Develop and implement process to improve efficiency and effectiveness in supporting the sales team.
  9. Act as the contact point between sales team and other functions (logistics, Marketing, Finance ETC….).
  10. Monitor the stock availability/level of products with the inventory team to make sure its availability per region.
  11. Provide a report showing the trade assets situations in terms of performance, stocks and readiness status.


Job Requirments:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Sales Planning
  • Bachelor degree in Business/finance/economics or engineering
  • Very strong analytical skills
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • FMCG background is a plus
