Personal Assistant to CEO

Job Description:


  • Manage all administrative tasks related to the company.
  • You’ll manage the company’s website, social media and presentations.
  • Developing periodic reports and executing business research activities.
  • Ensuring that effective planning and administrative systems are in place and maintained efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage all CEO’s assistance aspects and ensure that everything gets finalized in a timely manner.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
  • Experience ranging from 2-5 years in office management/ administration
  • Very high eagerness to learn and wittiness
  • High response to pressure and having the ability to cope with tight timelines
  • Fluent English
