Role Purpose
Responsible for planning and executing Home Wireless propositions according to the overall department’s objectives and accountable for revenue attainment, profitability and success of product through development and execution of comprehensive marketing plan.
Role Profile
• Develop new propositions and manage commercial launch of new initiatives by setting a solid go-to-market plan to ensure product success
• Lead and approve business cases for new product launches. Lead and approve product concept documents for the development team for technical implementation
• Market Analysis: assess market and customer dynamics and incorporate into offer development and lifecycle activities
• Manage internal & external stakeholders in order to leverage on best practice to ensure proper delivery of marketing calendar and segment strategy.
• Provide ongoing activities regarding direct to market activities / SMS campaign / outbound campaign / database providing / material and flyers re-printing.
• Responsible for subscriber target, acquisition and segment revenues
• Owning programs/campaigns system catalogues and business rules, working with operational and technology teams as representing business in any ad-hoc projects (system revamp).
• Make sure planned campaigns are well developed & capable of reaching retention/value targets Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
• Solution-oriented analytical skills
• Business, finance, marketing and strategic management fundamentals

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Bachelor degree of Marketing
• Minimum of 3 years experience
